Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how LD Web Design and Marketing ("LD," "we," "us" or "our") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you visit ldoptimizing.com (the "Site"), submit a form, call or text us, or use our services. By using the Site you agree to this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us
When you submit a form, book a call, email, call or text us, we collect the information you provide, which may include your name, business name, phone number, email address, website address, business type and location, the plan type and budget you are interested in, your timeline, and anything you write in a message field.
Information collected automatically
When you visit the Site, our hosting provider and any analytics tools we use may automatically collect your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring page, pages viewed, time on page, and the date and time of your visit. When you submit a form we record the page you submitted it from, the time of submission, and your IP address and browser information as evidence of your consent.
Cookies and similar technologies
The Site may use cookies, pixels and similar technologies (including those from Google Analytics, Google Ads and Meta) to understand how the Site is used and to measure and improve advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect some features of the Site.
2. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiry, prepare a growth plan, schedule and conduct a strategy call, and provide a quote.
- To provide, bill for, support and improve our services if you become a client.
- To send you information about our services and related offers, where you have consented or where otherwise permitted by law.
- To operate, secure, analyze and improve the Site and our marketing.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
3. Calls, emails and text messages (SMS) — your consent
When you check the consent box on a form on this Site, you give LD Web Design and Marketing your prior express written consent to contact you at the phone number and email address you provided by phone call, email and SMS/MMS text message, including messages that may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system, prerecorded or artificial voice, or automated text-messaging technology, about your inquiry and about our services and related offers. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
- We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in consent with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing purposes. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
We keep a record of your consent (including the form, page, date, time and IP address) as required by law.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only:
- With service providers that help us operate the Site and our business, such as web hosting (Netlify), email delivery, SMS delivery (for example, Twilio), scheduling (Square Appointments), analytics and advertising platforms (Google, Meta), CRM and reporting tools, and payment processors. These providers may only use your information to perform services for us.
- To comply with law, respond to lawful requests, protect our rights, property or safety, or the rights, property or safety of others.
- In a business transfer, such as a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, in which case we will notify you as required by law.
- With your direction or consent.
5. Third-party links and services
The Site links to third-party websites and services (for example, our scheduling page, live website examples and social platforms). Those sites have their own privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their practices.
6. Data retention and security
We keep inquiry and consent records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you, provide services, comply with legal obligations (including recordkeeping requirements for consent), resolve disputes and enforce agreements. We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS). No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
- Marketing communications: opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text, using the unsubscribe link in an email, or contacting us.
- Access, correction and deletion: you may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, subject to legal exceptions. Contact us at ldwebdesignandmarketing@gmail.com.
- State privacy rights: depending on where you live (including California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Oregon, Texas, Virginia and other states with consumer privacy laws), you may have additional rights, including the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, to request deletion, to correct inaccurate information, to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information or targeted advertising, and to not be discriminated against for exercising your rights. - Do Not Track: the Site does not currently respond to browser Do Not Track signals.
8. Children
The Site is intended for business owners and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
9. Users outside the United States
The Site is operated from the United States. If you access it from elsewhere, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ from those in your country.
10. Changes to this Policy
We may update this Policy from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it was last revised. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Policy.
